Nearly all the plants grown by Wright’s Nursery & Greenhouse are started from seeds or cuttings here in our greenhouses. This allows us to have a more hands-on approach to what is used and not used during early growth stages of our transplants. We always use non-GMO seeds and source as many as possible as organic certified. Our plants are grown using mostly OMRI, organic certified, listed materials with a few non-organics when pest or disease pressure is high. We also use banker plants with beneficial insect predators.

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards, cash or check. You may also fill out a credit application to request Net 30 terms after one year of business. All accounts are COD with 5% discount for cash/check unless credit has been approved. A service charge of 1.5% per month is added to all past due accounts. For accounts that are past 60 days, terms are COD only. All available discounts will be forfeited until the account is current. There will be a $50 charge for returned checks.

Guarantee

We guarantee plants to be true to name and in healthy growing condition when shipped or picked up. Due to environmental and planting conditions, we cannot guarantee the life and productivity of any plant. We will gladly correct any mistakes made by us.

Claims

All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up. We are not liable for the productivity of the plant(s) once they are planted as we have no control over their care once they arrive on-site.

Delivery

We offer delivery on our 16′ and 20′ box trucks Tuesday – Friday, and Saturday during busy season. Our trucks are shelf loaded and not on racks to maximize shipping efficiency while reducing cost. We ask for assistance in the unloading of your order upon delivery. The charge for our driver to unload without assistance is $50.00 per hour. Delivery days are subject to change depending on volume of orders and available truck space. We encourage you to plan ahead and start your orders early. All orders can be added to until pulling process has begun. Our online ordering makes it easy! Off season delivery days may change due to consolidating routes for more efficient trucking.

Contract Growing

We will be glad to give you a quote to custom grow your order. Depending on the request, we may need several weeks, to several months, notice. We ask that you take delivery of the plants when they are ready, within 8 days of the scheduled time frame. We do require a 65% non-refundable deposit and final 35% due at delivery. Maintenance fees may be added after 8 days or plants/deposit forfeited and sold. Please call or email with any questions or requests.
