New accounts are required to:
- Pay on delivery for the first year.
- Have a commercial delivery location with help to unload during regular business hours (no residential or meeting place for delivery).
- Have Business license and sales tax certificate.
- Have nursery dealers certificate from Alabama Dept of Ag and Industries.
- Derive majority of sales from live plants.
- Not be in close proximity to existing customer. Distance varies by population density.
