New accounts are required to:

• Pay on delivery for the first year.
• Have a commercial delivery location with help to unload during regular business hours (no residential or meeting place for delivery).
• Have Business license and sales tax certificate.
• Have nursery dealers certificate from Alabama Dept of Ag and Industries.
• Derive majority of sales from live plants.
• Not be in close proximity to existing customer. Distance varies by population density.
